Amnon Ezuz – Founder and Chief Executive Officer
Mr. Ezuz is a 20 years veteran of the financial derivatives structuring and trading industry. Starting his career at Evergreen capital markets, Mr. Ezuz quickly advanced the ranks and became at the age of 28 Manager of Evergreen's Investment Department, a member of the Investment Committee of Evergreen Trust fund and a Director at Evergreen Portfolio Management.
In the following years Mr. Ezuz assumed key positions in several Israeli based hedge funds. In 2005 he become one of the founding partners of The Dragon Variation Fund, a highly successful hedge fund of which Mr. Ezuz was Chief Derivative Trader and Partner until it was acquired in 2007 by Migdal Capital Markets, a leading Israeli financial services group.
Mr. Ezuz established Vital OP in late 2007 with a view of applying cutting edge hedge fund techniques and methodologies to domains such as personal wealth management and C level executives
Prof. Omri Yadlin - Founder and Director
Served on the boards and investment committees of mutual funds and public companies, and worked as a consultant for investment bankers, mutual funds and pubic companies.
Prof. Omri Yadlin joined the TAU Law School in 1994 after completing his LL.M. and J.S.D. studies at Boalt Hall School of Law, U.C. Berkeley. He is a magna cum laude graduate of the TAU Law School (LL.B. 1988) and of the TAU Industrial Engineering School (B.Sc. 1988). He passed the Bar Exams in 1990 after clerking for Dr. J. Weinroth. During his studies at U.C. Berkeley Dr. Yadlin won the Olin Fellowship and worked as a teaching and research assistant. In addition he was a consultant with the Law and Economics Consulting Group, at their Berkeley offices.
Prof. Yadlin’s main fields of teaching and scholarship is in Corporate Law, Capital Market Regulation and Economic Analysis of Law. In addition he taught and wrote in the areas of criminal law, labor law and constitutional law. In 1999 Prof. Yadlin had spent a year as a Visiting Professor at U.C. Berkeley, teaching Corporate Finance and Law and Economics. In 2001 he taught at Ann Arbor Law School the basic course in corporations (entitled "Enterprise Organization") and an advanced course on The Economics of Corporate and Securities Law. After serving four years as the Vice Dean of the Tel Aviv Law School, Prof. Yadlin took three years in leave from TAU in order to form and to head the first law school in the Negev, the southern part of Israel, in the Sapir College.
Today, Prof. Yadlin serves as the Dean of the Sapir College School of Law and is the Head of the Fischer Center for Corporate Governance and Capital Market Regulation in Tel Aviv University.
